The Black Parade earns its title for one of the best CDs of 2006

"We'll carry on, we'll carry on, and though you're dead and gone believe me, your memory will carry on."

The lyrics of the hit song "Welcome to the Black Parade" are very clever indeed. As well as the others songs on the CD.

MCR started their musical ways in 2002, leading the trail with an album called "I brought you my bullets, you brought me your

love." And now still leading us with their new album "The Black Parade." The black parade is a parade for the dead, leading

you into the most unusual string of events.
Number one, "The end." This song starts off with a beginning you don't usually hear, the beeping noises of a machine.

Then an acoustic guitar comes in, now leading Gerard throw the lyrics. This song was good to put in the beginning because it

just gives you a spring of what's next. "And wouldn't it be great if we were dead?", these lyrics come from the next song,

"Dead!".
This song gives off more power than some of the other ones, as the ending is a great way for this song to end.

La-la-laaing in the background gave Gerard a perfect way to sing the last parts. And also the guitars gave a big boost to

everything. It sounded so beautiful. Skipping on to the song, "I don't love you."
This song has a very emotional feeling, but it also warms you up inside if you've been in a relationship and

it didn't work out. But don't listen to it after breaking up in a relationship. You'll feel even worse than you already are,

believe me. It's still a very good song. Now let's go on to "Cancer."
This song is very supporting to me. My grandma had gotten cancer just a few weeks ago. This song, is very

important, not just to me. But to everyone else that has cancer or knows someone who is infected with it. Listen to this

song, and pray. Pray that that someone is okay, you'll be glad you did.
"Famous last words", the last song on the track is very, very nice and beautiful. Not just because of the

lyrics. The sounds of instruments, beautiful voices, and a fine rhythm all collapse together in this song. This song makes

up the whole CD, this song makes up all the work, this song makes the beats perfect, this song, makes up
